For the first time ever, Liberty Ministries is teaming up with Camp Men-O-Lan.You may ask, “What is the connection between Liberty Ministries (a prison ministry) and summer camp?”Well, the answer is simple: WE ARE SENDING KIDS TO SUMMER CAMP! When adults make poor decisions that lead to incarceration, it affects not only themselves but everyone around them, especially their children. While these kids are not responsible for their parent’s decisions, they inevitably have to reap the consequences. Liberty Ministries hears the cries of these children and wants to do something. One basic childhood experience is going to summer camp. Liberty wants to send these children there.
Camp Men-O-Lan, a local Christian camp and retreat center located in Quakertown, is willing to partner with us to fulfill this need. This is a great step of faith for us because we do not have the funds to send these kids to camp. We are asking you to partner with us! Since April 2nd, we have been asking all of our customers if they would like to donate $1.00 to support a kid to go to camp. We would love to have everyone participate with us in this small way that will end up going a long way in this child’s life.
